Owner's Description

The Living Phosphorous is mad and he's "not going to take it anymore." Unfortunately, for Batman; but great for us; he's on old LP's hit list along with Gotham City.

Will G City, and the Batman, survive or ....

Keeper, until I locate a typical CGC graded 9.8 copy of this issue for this, my second, Detective Comics 401 to 500 set.
(although this old label beauty looks better than a 9.6 by any measure).
