D N ARCADI-VS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Arcadius right, seen from front / VICTORI-A AVGGG S, emperor in military dress standing right, left foot on back of bound captive, labarum in right hand, Victory standing left on globe in outstretched left; S-M across fields, COMOB in exergue.
