An amazing example of a semi-keydate 1899 5 cent, with only 79000 of these minted, it is a very rare piece, this piece is in amazing condition, with a mintstate grade an a slight yellowish toning to it which partners very well with the exquisite cartwheel toning, it truly is a beautiful and rare piece.
