Owner Comments:

The second in the series depicts the Administration Building much as it was constructed. Lauer, the Nuremberg German die-sinking firm, produced a set of six aluminum medals depicting an exhibition building on the obverse with a common reverse, based on the California State Seal.

Rarity R-6, Weight 3.62 grams, Size 35.7 mm.

There are only (1) MS 66 and (1) MS 67 listed as finer in the NGC census as of 1/2024.

The NGC graded MS 67 example was sold by Stacks Bowers auctions in 2014 for $499.38.
