1914 Cast bronze medal on the victory of the sixth and seventh army under Crown Prince Rupprecht of Bavaria near Dieuze,
Obverse: uniformed bust of Rupprecht to the right with spiked helmet
Reverse: the Bavarian lion to the left defeating the Gallic rooster, in the background stele with the date of the battle.

The battle von Dieuze/Morhange was part of the early French campaign to restore lands lost in the Franco-Prussian War of 1870/71, the French armies were no match for the Bavarians and were repelled.
