This 35th Anniversary Proof Eagle was released with a special lettered edge that had not previously been done. It was for one year only. It was a special tribute to Ronald Reagan as his Presidential Coin was released at the same time. This coin was sold separately and was included in the 2016 Coin and Chronicles Set – Ronald Reagan. The set included other coins such as:
