Obv. Lion standing right, sword held high, shield with LIBERTAS (Freedom), Date 1790, straight 9 (also exists with slanted 9), text DOMINI EST REGNVM (The Lord is king)

Rev. Circle of shields of the 11 provinces: Flanders, West Flanders, Gelre, Brabant, Hainaut, Tournai, Tournaisis, Namur, Luxembourg, Limburg, and Mechelen. (Luxembourg was never a member and Limburg for a short while), text ET IPSE DOMINABITUR GENTIUM ( and He Himself rules the nations). Angel head mintmark for Brussels.
