QBVERSE : Male moufflon and the figure 100 below. Cyprus moufflon (Ovis gmelini ophion) is a type of wild sheep which is unique in the whole world and is the largest mammal in Cyprus. It is the pride and joy of the Cyprus forests.
REVERSE : The emblem of the Republic of Cyprus. (A dove flying with a branch of olive within its beak, in a shield inscribed with the date 1960. All within an open wreath of olive leaves). The date above the shield.
