I would be willing to bet that if I could afford to do a crossover to ngc, this coin would get a star grade. This thing is NICE! I hope I can get good pictures of it, this is a penny any copper lover would like. The strike is strong . cameo would be d cam except it is missing in a few spots on the rim and the outter edges of the reverse devices. VERY pleasing to look at . while i am a novice at just over a year into collecting, i have spent several hundred hours searching for coins online . I haven't seen all that many cameo proofs from 1964, and higjer grades that i have seen dont look this good. Sorry to gush, i like this one and in nit even a copper guy persay.
