The coin shown here is the new Ghana Cedi. Like the 100 Cedi coin of the 1990's, it's bi-metallic: the center is brass-plated steel; the ring is nickel-plated steel. The Scales of Justice adorn the obverse. The complete national Coat of Arms is on the reverse.

This example was in the raw Ghana Cedi lot I bought earlier in 2019 and, like the others in that lot, currently shows as Top Pop in the NGC Census.
