Owner Comments:

Gorgeous Jefferson "Reverse of 1940" nickel with very nice luster. Strike is very strong with full steps; tiny scuff on right center side of steps appears to be only reason for not receiving full steps designation. Some of obverse along lower rim and all of reverse along rim is bathed in beautiful light blue-gray toning. Only a few light contact marks and scratches are present commensurate with grade. Possible upgrade candidate? Cost: $37.35 on 4/24/13 on eBay from Edward Hunnicutt (ljcgsace).
