This 31.1030 grams, .999 Ag, 40.60mm, Australian $5 Kookaburra coin had a limited mintage of just 300,000 and has a low NGC population of 226. The obverse of this coin was designed by Stuart Devlin and features a Kookaburra perched on a branch facing right with the date below and the weight and fineness encircling to the right. The reverse of this coin was designed by Raphael Maklouf and depicts the right facing crowned bust of Queen Elizabeth II with the denomination at bottom center.
