This 31.10 grams, .999 Ag, 40.6mm, Australian $1 coin is still being minted until the end of 2015 and has a NGC population of just 496. The obverse of this coin features a right facing koala on a tree branch with the date and fineness at the bottom center. The reverse depicts the Ian Rank-Broadley likeness of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, which debuted on British Commonwealth coins in 1998, and the monetary denomination at bottom center.
