Facing Bust Portrait of Legrand in circle, medallist's signature ta left in circle, below, Louis Legrand in boxed tablet; Rv. Branch of leaves to left, 10 line inscription, La Conference Des Avoues De Premiere Instance Des Departments a Son President D' Honneur LOUIS LEGRAND Ancien Senateur 8 Octobre 1912. Bio: LEGRAND (Louis), born 29 April 1838 in Versailles (Seine-et-Oise), died February 17, 1926 at Versailles. Senator of Seine-et-Oise from 1900 to 1909. Lawyer, attorney, repeatedly Speaker solicitors Versailles, president of the conference in 1886 solicitors departments, borough councilor from 1882 to 1897, general counsel in 1895, Louis Legrand was elected senator in January 28, 1900 replacing Paul Decauville. Purchased in France.
