Gorgeous and interesting Canada Congratulations! colorized quarter (KM#990) from the 2010 Congratulations Gift Card Set with amazing prooflike luster, very strong strike, and no toning. Only detractions appear to be a few very light contact marks commensurate with grade. Cost: $17.15 on 5/30/14 on eBay from E_Coins (e_coins). Note: Images are stock photos provided by the seller of an equivalent coin. Certification number of coin in photo is only two digits off of that of actual coin.
