Spectacular Proof coin with brilliant luster, beautiful devices, and pristine fields. This is actually a PF70 Deep Cameo as stated on the PCGS slab, not a PF70 Ultra Cameo as listed on this NGC website. Pricewise it does make a difference on the open market. All 5 coins in this set have the West Point label and the OGP includes the initial square burgundy box issued with the U.S. Mint apology as well as the more well-known later issued OGP and COA.
