The bundle of 11 arrows representing 11 provinces: Flanders, West Flanders, Gelre, Brabant, Hainaut, Tournai, Tournaisis, Namur, Luxembourg, Limburg, and Mechelen. (Luxembourg was never a member and Limburg for a short while). I FLOR meaning value of 1 Florin.
