I won this coin on eBay in a mixed lot of 14 NGC graded state quarters. I came across the listing by accident as the auction title did not mention anything about the key coins in the lot. The 2 main coins in the lot were this 2004P Wisconsin MS68 and a 1999D Delaware MS68. The remaining coins were MS67 and a few of the more common MS68's. I won the auction for $146.50, which was an amazing deal for these two coins alone. I consider the cost basis of the Delaware at $100.00 and this Wisconsin at $46.50.
