Most of us like to hide a lot of our coin's problems when showing them off. After I had this one graded, I thought it didn't make an MS65 because of the "sneezed on" look of its NT toning. But, then, after digital pictures, I noticed the well hidden digs on the Eagle's left leg. That, to me, is the limiting factor---not the speckled effect.
