1923 (Philadelphia)
This issue is another, like the 1922 - P, that was minted in high numbers. Many have survived in gem condition. Most are well struck.
Were it not for the scratch on Liberty's cheek, this particular coin would certainly grade MS66, and perhaps higher. It has great luster, a tremendous strike, ultra clean fields and amazing cartwheels.
Total mintage: 30,800,000
Relative MS65 rarity: 24/24
Finest known: PCGS MS67 (30), NGC MS67 (16)
