O.147 R4. Curled Base 2. Tied for second finest known of this moderately rare die marriage. The O.146 and the O.147 are the only 2 out of 49 varieties of 1827 that feature a Curl Based 2. The O.146 is significantly more common and is readily found in high grade with the O.147 more scarce. Obtained from Stacks Auction on 1/7/2008.
