Owner Comments:

PF66 CAMEO Pop. only 85 exist with 20 finer (5/12). This Franklin has a rare cameo appearance with great eye appeal. Unique even frost and heavily mirrored surfaces. In 1951 the cameo was struck from re-polished dies, rather than discarding the die, hence the striations on the cameo portion of the coin.
