I purchased 4 rolls of 2006P North Dakota quarters from a local bank and only 7 of them are worth to be graded. I was hoping at least 1 will come back as MS67. Well, it ended up with four. This is the one that looks the best among the four. This is a genuine business strike quarter. I am kind of against putting SF into registry sets.
