Superb Gem mint luster. Well struck. Pleasing bright surfaces. Designated as Full Torch, this Roosevelt Dime has both upper and lower pair of horizontal bands split. As well, the vertical lines of the torch are well defined. NGC has certified 32 coins at this level with none finer
