Owner Comments:

I purchased this coin at a coin show in March 2024 purely for registry set purposes. It has a fair amount of "cartwheel" for a proof and lacks the deep mirrors of other pieces of this issue, including many graded "68" and lower. However, the surfaces appear virtually flawless under 10x magnification.
