Comments: Looks pretty flawless for a clad coin that was pulled from circulation (with no uncirculated sets this year). Cartwheel affect is still evident on both the obverse and reverse. Does have some slight toning (if you can call it that for clad coinage) on both sides of the coin. Strike seems to be fairly strong for this specimen. Not rare at all, with a pretty high survival rate (probably over 20 million in MS 65 and higher), but overall a nice example of a common date quarter.
