Lyman Allen #12.02 (KM #182) - Mintage: 3,000,000

Typical weak strike for a Manila Mint Commonwealth issue. The sea lion on the reverse is present in outline only and the scroll is only partially readable. The obverse is better, but the vertical center-line of the coin is somewhat flat. Hair or facial detail is weak, and the fingers and toes on the figure's left side are weal. The peripheral lettering is however relatively strong.
