Acquired December 2022. CAC certified.
This one replaces a MS67 Kenneth Bressett label. The luster is very nice on both sides and there are no detractors. All in all a very nice coin.
Since CAC has decided to grade coins, I think the bean's premium is going to increase. We are already seeing indicators. NGC acknowledges CAC on registered coins and assigns more points (more value). Many numismatic organizations that I frequent for my coins solicit their coins with the bean at a significant premium. In some cases, I've seen the coin priced above the NGC-listed value for a coin at the next higher grade.
I'm not certain what the future is for CAC-approved coins, but I think the bean is going to become an investment as much as the coin itself. Time will tell.
