ALMOST PERFECT!

Think about this! In 1959 the U.S. Mint sold 1,149,291 Proof Sets. Out of the 1,149,291 Proof Washington Quarters that were in those sets -- NGC has only graded 22 of them in Proof 69* condition.

NGC reserves the 'Star' designation for coins with superior eye appeal for their grade. PCGS doesn’t use a * designation in their grading.
