Quoting from Heritage Auctions: Satiny orange-gold luster yields small hints of reflectivity in the central fields, while the majority of the coin features cartwheel bands. The devices are well struck with limited central softness. A few small marks are all that limit the grade. The Type Two gold dollar was struck for just a few years, making type coins like the present popular with collectors.
