PCGS graded PF 65 Cam
Variety: B-3

Valentine identified only a single die pair used to produce both proof and business strikes for 1864 half dimes. Breen identified three additional marriages. This is an example of the third of those four discussed by Breen. It used the same reverse die as the 1863 half dimes, identified by a crack at K3:30, and an obverse die different than was used for the V-1 marriage, identified by a different position of the date.

Luster: TBD
