This is my latest addition to my Morgan set (bought on 11/6/2006). It is a common date for the Philadelphia Mint. The circulation mintage was over 12,8 million coins. However, this is the Proof-like example of this coin, which is scarcer than the regular mintage. It has a nice Proof-Like mirror fields with good mint luster and brilliance. There are only a few marks on the obverse of the coin. The population 1 of 59 with only 6 graded higher by PCGS & 1 of 79 with 6 graded higher by NGC as of 2/2007.
