Full satin-like mint luster. Well struck. Pleasing lustrous surfaces that are somewhat pale over the central devices. There is a touch of multicolored iridescence at the rims. This date represents the first year of the Indian Head cent motif, an is a classic one-year only type with the distinctive laurel wreath reverse.
