Owner Comments:

I purchased this example of the most common issue of three cent silver pieces in January 1991 from an elderly part time dealer, now deceased. I submitted it to NGC in April 2022. I grade it AU, though the AU 58 grade it received may be a bit generous. I took the photos of the coin before certification.
