Owner Comments:

The final year that the San Fransisco mint somehow forgot to add their mint mark to one of their proof dime dies. Either someone was a total dumb*** or was sneaky smart. As far as we know, no one has fessed up to it. Perpetually undervalued, only a dozen or so have been graded PF70 UC by NGC.
