I purchased this Flying Eagle cent uncertified at a coin show in November 1992 for $200. It was certified by NGC in April 2022 and received the expected description of "Uncirculated details, reverse scratched" due to a plus sign or cross having been lightly scratched into the reverse field above "ONE". In my opinion the coin has positive attributes of a sharp strike and attractive color and luster that outweigh the impairment. I took the photos prior to the coin having been certified.
