Excellent First Day of Issue James Monroe presidential dollar (PCGS Position B) in PCGS Presidential Series holder with great luster and pretty strong strike. Light contact marks and scratches are present commensurate with grade, but close to MS68. Cost: $5.46 on 8/22/12 on eBay from Robert Allen (mesquitecity).
