Only 250 of these gems have attained this grade @ NGC and none higher! This piece was recently acquired in a Heritage online auction. No upgrade needed here. Of course, if I wanted a higher grade for this date...guess what? Neither NGC or PCGS has seen any 68's of this date!! ANOTHER TOP POP..hoohah!!
