1974 D Mintage; 64,625,000. 18th largest/highest
One major variety of the 1974 D Kennedy Half Dollar features a doubled die obverse (DDO) error. The doubling is more prominent on the right side of the coin in the words "WE TRUST" in the motto "IN GOD WE TRUST". The upper-right tip of the letter "T" in "LIBERTY" also has noticeable doubling as does the right tip of the "4" in the 1974 date.

Nice Doubling on the obverse. Prominent doubling on T in LiberTy. The motto shows increasing doubling running right. Date also has doubling 9 7 4
Coin has a golden hue on the obverse and reverse. Strong strike Devices and Fields are sharp defined and detailed. Some lite hairlines on the obverse. The reverse shield has a few light tics, the rest of the devices are prominent and clear, the field is smooth and clear. Rim is full and defined, with a few small tics/cm’s . Nice looking coin.
