Owner Comments:

For circulating issue type coin purposes the higher mintage later dates such as the 1882 are better than the earlier common dates from 1867-69, which are frequently poorly struck from well worn dies. This 1882 is well struck with full shield lines and star centers. It does have several die breaks on the obverse. I acquired this coin through an online auction in March 2021.
