Owner Comments:

The CC mint had an active minting life of less than 25 years, 1870-1893. The 1878 CC is obviously the first of the very popular Morgan CC dollars. Why I selected this coin: This MS63 PL is very flashy it exhibits very nice mirrors, especially for a PL along with very nice cameo contrast with nicely frosted devices, it is mostly white with a razor sharp strike, and if not for a hit on the cheek may have graded 64 or 65.
