21st Year of Issue - 2020-S PF70 Ultra Cameo.
This (2020) marks the 12th year of Native American reverses. The 2020 coin's reverse honors Elizabeth Jean Peratrovich, who was an American civil rights activist who worked on behalf of equality for Alaska Natives. In the 1940s, she was credited with advocacy that gained the passage of the territory's Anti-Discrimination Act of 1945, the first anti-discrimination law in the United States. This is also a NGC "Early Release" Coin.
