Owner Comments:

The now-disused "W" for "White" is an accurate descriptor of this specimen from the first post-World War II Washington quarter proof issue. While the mirrors are weaker than usually seen, the frost over the devices is unmistakable. Neither NGC nor PCGS has graded a PR69 Cameo specimen of this issue (3/20)
