Obverse has withstood the test of time with the same Victor D. Brenner design from 1909. Cents struck since 2010 have the Union Shield reverse design by Lyndall Bass. The composition for all issues is copper-plated zinc. This coin is a top pop due to the PF 70 RDU grade.
