In 1957 the U.S. Mint sold 1,247,952 Proof Sets. But only 1,092 of the Lincoln Cents that were minted in that year have survived in Proof 69 RD condition. None have been graded higher than this coin. It's one of the finest 1957 Proof Lincoln Cents I've seen.
