Owner Comments:
The 1999 libertad has the second lowest mintage of only 95,000. MS69 is the top grade with a pop of 47. The population for all grades in mint state is only 157. I guess I got lucky with this year as my fist coin for the '99 was graded ms68 and i was happy. About a week later another '99 came up for sale in grade ms69 so of course I grabbed that.
