TOP POP reverse proof from the Coin and Chronicles Set for Lyndon Johnson. Mintage of 23,905 with only 8 graded RP 70 by NGC 0.56% (8/1425). PCGS graded 2.2% as 70 (35/1572) indicating a potential looser criteria for TOP POP. This issue is the key coin to completing a top registry set. (frequencies of of 10/22.)
