Owner Comments:

Several heavy die cracks, particularly prominent from the N in UNITED, promptly attribute this conditionally rare Overton variety. Both sides also display double sets of clash marks. The coruscating and unabraded surfaces show almond-gold and steel-blue toning. The obverse die is misaligned several degrees toward 1:30. The only recent auction appearance of an Uncirculated example of O-106 was lot 4391 in our January 2014 FUN Signature, which graded MS64 PCGS.
