Data from 2014. The 1992 has the highest mintage in the series with 2.4 million. Although the mintage is the highest the pop for all grades is only 22 making it the 4th lowest population for the series. The MS69 i have here is 1 of only 2 that exsist and no coins for this year have been graded MS70.
As of early 2017 there are now 12 coins for this year in MS69. This is the first year the mint really started improving on quality as you can now see in the higher grades. After 3 years working on this set, i still have not seen an original mint roll from 1991 to 1999.
