Each 2011 5 oz ATB Chickasaw Silver Coin is made with five troy ounces of .999 pure silver. The U.S. Mint boasts a renowned reputation for fine craftsmanship and detailed artistry. This coin features inscriptions “Chickasaw,” “Oklahoma,” “2011,” and “E Pluribus Unum.” The obverse side of the coin depicts George Washington. The reverse shows a scene from Chickasaw including its Lincoln Bridge which was built in 1909 to honor what would have been President Abraham Lincoln’s 100th birthday. The bridge is surrounded by the pristine landscape of the area and customers will note the exceptional detail in the presentation of the trees, birds, rocks, and the bridge itself.
